Shipping information

1. We credit the value of the merchandise only. The freight charge is not credited.
2. The credit amount will be applied to customer’s next purchase. No refund check can be issued.
3. A restocking fee of 30% will be charged on merchandise returned within 30 days. After 30 days goods Are returned for repair only.
4. Special order items are not refundable.
5. All claims for shortage, damage or shipment errors must be made within 3 days after receipt of shipment.
6. 2% interest charge per month on all overdue bills.
7. There is a $15.00 charge on all returned checks.
8. Customer agrees to pay all collection expense including attorney’s fee and court expense.
