1. All Requests of RMA number must be through fax or email of a request form that has all the information below and has all problems specified for each product with a copy of original invoice.
2. All packages of RMA must be accompanied by: a. a packing list which indicates the number of quantity and the serial number of each product; b. copies of the original invoices.

3. Our Warranty does not cover physical damages and misuse of the product.
4. Our RMA department is responsible only for the defective boards and cards. Therefore, please do not, except for DOA, ship back any manuals, disks, CD's, cables, etc. with the defective boards and cards.
5. The RMA number is good for 15 days after it is issued. We won’t accept any package without RMA number or with expired RMA number.
