Terms and Conditions of Sales Contract

1. We credit the value of the merchandise only. The freight charge is not credited.
2. The credit amount will be applied to customer's next purchase. No refund check can be issued.
3. A restocking fee of 30% will be charged on merchandise returned within 30 days. After 30 days good are returned for repair only.
4. Special order items are not refundable.
5. All claims for shortage, damage or shipment errors must be made within 3 days after receipt of shipment.
6. 2% interest charge per month on all overdue bills.
7. There is a $15.00 charge on all returned checks.
8. $55/hour diagnostic fee will be charged on services not covered under warranty, but applicable toward the repair cost.
9. Customer agrees to pay all collection expense including attorney's fee and court expense.
10. All deposits are non-refundable.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) policy

1. RMA numbers are only good for 10 days from the date of issuing.
2. No merchandise can be returned without a written prior authorized RMA number.
3. All returned merchandise must accompanied by a copy of the invoice, and the RMA number must be written on the mailing label. Serial Number of return good must match those on invoice.
4. Expert Computer International reserves the right to delay replacement of an item until the replacement is returned from the vendor.
5. All returns must be shipped prepaid. No CODs will be accepted.
6. DOA products must be reported within 15 days upon invoice date.
7. All end-user's RMA must return directly to manufacturers.

BE SURE TO CLEARLY MARK THE RMA NUMBER ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX AND ENCLOSE THE PROOF OF PURCHASE. OTHERWISE, YOUR RETURN WILL BE REFUSED FREIGTHT COLLECT OR C.O.D. RETURNS WILL ALSO BE REFUSED.

LIMITED WARRANTY

All hardware products delivered by Expert Computer International are warranted for one year unless otherwise provided in those written warranties. During this period Expert Computer International warranties the product to be free from defects in material and labor under normal use and service. This limited warranty is contingent upon proper use of the product in question and does not cover products which have been modified or which have been subjected to unusual physical or electrical stresses. There is no return on CPU and memory products. The warranty period for repairing is 2 days.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Expert Computer International will not be responsible for consequential damages to a system of its components that are caused by either internal or external equipment, shorted connections or components. Expert Computer International shall not be liable for damage to painted surfaces or keyboard keys due to physical abuse, or excessive use of liquids or chemicals or those that are spilled inside a system including oxidation or corrosion to components by exposure to salt air or adverse environmental conditions. Expert Computer International is not responsible for any data loss and software damage. Customers are responsible for the data backup.

The limited warranty also does not cover any losses or damages that may occur as a result of:

1. Shipping or improper installation or maintenance.
2. Misuse, neglect or improper environment.
3. Any repair, modification, adjustment, or installation of options or parts by anyone other than an Expert Computer International authorized service center.
4. Excessive or inadequate electrical power surges, or other irregularities.

NOTEBOOK WARRANTY POLICY

1. All notebooks are for one-year warranty of parts and labor. (90 days warranty on notebook battery from the date of purchased).
2. No return will be accepted on notebook sales, only for exchange or repair.
3. Defective units in original packages with no scratches and physical damages may be exchanged by other units within 5 days.
4. Defective units after 5 days will be serviced by repair only.
5. Data loss under any conditions is not covered by warranty.
6. Physical damages and scratches are not covered by warranty.
7. Expert Computer International will not provide any technical support to customers who buy the machine without operating system.
8. Without original invoices or show order form provided, the warranty will be void.

MANUFACTURE'S WARRANTIES

Expert Computer International will assist dealers in the repair or return of products covered under the warranty upon request. Expert Computer International in no way claims responsibility for these products or their warranties.
