RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Request

Please read our warranty & return policy carefully before you request a RMA number.

Warranty

We provide 30 days money back guarantee together with one year replacement warranty for most of our batteries and chargers. Some items may carry only 90 days warranty, we urge you check product specifications and warranty issue in details before your purchase.

Return Policy

All products with 1 year or 90 days warranty are allowed to return for new replacement if they get defective within the warranty period.
All returns must be in original factory cartons with all original packing materials.
All miscellaneous materials such as manuals, accessories and cables must be included or you will be billed for the missing parts accordingly.
Returns must be shipped freight prepaid by customer. Any return sent back freight collect will be refused.
Authorized return merchandise must be received within 15 business days from the date of issuing RMA number or the return will be refused.
All replacement items will be shipped after we have received and processed your defective return. A new tracking number will be sent to you on the replacement item when it ships.
All products are allowed to return for credit within 30 days from our invoice date. All credits will be made back to the original payment method.
No shipping charge will be refunded for any reason.

All fields marked with * are required, you should fill them out, in fact, we strongly suggest you fill out all fields to help us diagnose your product problem and give you correct solutions. Also, it is your responsibility to type a valid email and shipping addresses, we will send the RMA # and ship the replacement to your addresses you type here.
